There is a trap we fall into when we decide to change our lives. We feel the need to explain it. We draft speeches in our heads to justify why we are quitting the job, or starting the blog, or setting the boundary.
We want permission. We want the herd to nod and say, "Ah, yes, that makes sense."
But the herd will never understand the wolf. And the wolf loses its power the moment it stops to bark explanations at the sheep.
You do not need to justify your legacy. You do not need to explain why you are waking up earlier, or why you are writing poetry, or why you are demanding respect. Your actions are the explanation.
If they get it, they get it. If they don't, no amount of words will make them see. Save your breath for the climb. The view from the top explains everything.
